How to reach the VORRINGARD bakers, what we can settle by mail, and what belongs to the shop that took your payment.

What we can settle
Anything about the catalogue: which capacity suits an 800 gram dough, whether a 15.7-inch loaf oven will turn inside your oven, and how the wide 6 quart differs from the tall 6 quart when the same number is printed on both. What comes in the starter set, item by item, and which colour reads warm and which reads grey in a north-facing kitchen.
Corrections most of all: if a number here argues with the one on the carton, tell us the page and the figure, and we will fix it and say what changed.
What belongs to the shop
Orders, delivery windows, a chipped rim out of the box, missing kit pieces, refunds and returns live where you paid. Payment, delivery and returns are handled at checkout with our retail partner, not on this site. We cannot see your order and cannot look it up.
How long we take
A few working days, with no ticket numbers and no queue music, because people read this mailbox between other work.
